So you left us 11years and 2 months ago, when your liver packed up. You fought hard for life Mam and I’ve missed every single day since then. I missed sharing proud moments, really happy moments, scared and sad moments and everything in between. I can still hear you in my heart and in my head but I just want to chat. When we are reunited - it will be forever. Love you so much, thanks for everything Mam 💗💗💗
